  • Step 1: Take out from the Freezer

  • Step 2: Heat Your Pan

Heat a skillet on the stove to medium heat. Or, heat the oven to 325 F.

  • Step 3: Place in Oven

Frozen sausages can be placed in a skillet or in a baking dish. Once they are set, place them in the oven.
